- Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage and respond to hospital cardiology calls.
- Perform balloon angioplasties and coronary angioplasties.
- Perform percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI).
- Conduct heart catheterizations and coronary angiograms.
- Provide general cardiology consultations as needed.
- Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests, including nuclear stress tests.
- Care for an adult patient population using the Epic Cupid documentation system.
Required
- Interventional cardiology expertise.
- Competency performing balloon angioplasty, coronary angioplasty, PCI, heart catheterization, and coronary angiography.
- Ability to provide inpatient and EMTALA call coverage.
- Ability to evaluate adult patients and respond to general cardiology needs.
Preferred
- Experience working in a hospital-based cardiology practice.
- Experience with Epic Cupid.
