- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage during assigned 24-hour beeper call shifts.
- Deliver approximately 75% interventional cardiology care and 25% noninvasive cardiology care.
- Perform interventional cardiology procedures within the scope of granted privileges.
- Provide noninvasive cardiology services as required by the practice.
- Participate in nuclear cardiology reading and related nuclear cardiology activities.
- Respond to call-back needs during assigned coverage periods.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
Required:
- Active California medical license
- DEA registration
- Board certified or board eligible within 3–5 years of residency
- Active fluoroscopy certification/qualification
- Several years of interventional cardiology experience
- At least two years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
- Current CV including all hospital affiliations
Preferred:
- Recent experience providing inpatient 24-hour call coverage
- Current case logs relevant to interventional cardiology procedures
