Heavy peripheral skills or interest – No structural
Overview:
* Private practice opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist with strong peripheral vascular skills or a desire to build expertise
* Busy, established practice with a mix of coronary and peripheral vascular interventions (no structural call requirements)
* Join a group of 8 cardiologists including Interventional, Electrophysiology, and Non-Invasive specialists
* High-volume referral base with more than 100 referring providers and immediate patient volume
* Office-based laboratory performing coronary angiography, PCI for selected patients, and advanced peripheral vascular interventions
* Perform complex peripheral procedures including atherectomy, Shockwave, IVUS, stenting, thrombectomy, and other advanced endovascular therapies
* Shared clinic responsibilities with occasional outreach clinic days at nearby satellite offices
* 1:4–1:5 STEMI call with APP support for hospital consults and rounding
* Hospitalist and primary care physicians admit patients, allowing cardiologists to focus on consultative care

* Established single-specialty cardiovascular practice founded in 2015
* Main office located adjacent to a 450-bed tertiary care hospital
* Full ancillary services including nuclear cardiology (SPECT and PET), cardiac CT, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, remote monitoring, and device clinics
* Busy office-based cath lab transitioning to a two-suite Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) expected to open in 2027
* Extensive peripheral vascular program with advanced endovascular capabilities and experienced APP, nursing, and vascular technologist support
* Hospital features multiple cardiac and peripheral vascular labs, dedicated EP labs, hybrid OR, and comprehensive structural heart program
