This is a 295-bed acute care hospital that is part of a nationally recognized, diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. The facility features a recently renovated cath lab with a newly installed GE Allia IGS system, a 256-Slice CT Scanner with CTA capability, and a new Echo PACS system for streamlined diagnostics and remote reading capabilities. Employed - Interventional CardiologistJob Details:
- Join an established interventional cardiology program supporting 2 Interventional Cardiologists and 3 ARPNs
- Provide general adult cardiology services including peripheral vascular disease management, arrhythmia management, and congestive heart failure management
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization and coronary intervention procedures
- Conduct diagnostic peripheral, carotid, and mesenteric angiograms along with peripheral arterial interventions
- Perform echocardiography, pericardiocentesis, and myocardial biopsy procedures
- Implant permanent pacemakers, loop recorders, and AICDs
- Manage pacemaker services and arrhythmia monitoring including Holter and event monitors
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including newly installed GE Allia IGS system and 256-Slice CT Scanner with CTA capability
- Leverage new Echo PACS system for streamlined diagnostics and remote reading capabilities
- Serve a regional market as part of an established and growing cardiology program
