Coverage Details
-- Coverage dates: December 21 – December 31
-- Ongoing coverage: Additional dates beginning January 2027
-- Credentialing time frame: 45 days for temporary privileges; 60–90 days for full credentialing

Shift Details
-- 24-hour call coverage: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (Includes weekday and weekend coverage)
-- Coverage scope: General Cardiology and STEMI call coverage
-- Average callback hours: Weekday 11.2 hours; Weekend 9.9 hours

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
-- Interventional Cardiology Residency / Fellowship completed
-- Active Colorado state license OR active IMLC with Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand at submission
-- Active DEA (Highly preferred and required for credentialing)
-- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
-- Clean malpractice and background history

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Inpatient EKG interpretation
-- Stress test interpretation (treadmill, echo, nuclear)
-- Echocardiography
-- Inpatient Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
-- Cardioversions
-- Attestation: Must confirm ability to perform all required procedures and duties

Assignment Details
-- Practice setting: Inpatient / Hospital (Trauma Level III; 82 beds)
-- Clinical responsibilities: STEMI call and inpatient rounding (with morning APP support)
-- Admissions: 5 per shift
-- Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
-- Specialist / Team support: NP / PA support on weekday mornings
-- EMR: Epic
