We are seeking an Interventional Cardiology physician for a locum tenens position in Longview, WA. This opportunity provides cardiac catheterization lab coverage and inpatient/outpatient cardiology services at a community hospital. Please see below for more information.
122 beds
Trauma Level 3
EMR: EPIC
Job Responsibilities
Manage 0-5 interventional cardiology patients per day
Provide rounding and admission coverage for inpatient patients
Provide rare inpatient consultations as needed
Work collaboratively with 6 cardiologists and 2 NPs including one interventionalist
Adult patient population (18+)
Qualifications
Washington State License (required, must be in hand at time of presentation)
BLS, ACLS
EPIC experience
Case list from last 24 months required
Working Hours
2 weeks per month (alternating preferred)
Potential 24-hour weekend call once per month
