Assignment Details
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Schedule: Weekday clinical coverage with beeper call
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time: 45 minutes
Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day
Support Staff: 4 RNs, 2 MAs, and office staff
EMR: Cerner and Athena
Credentialing: Approximately 14 days

Requirements
Board Certified Interventional Cardiology
Fellowship trained
Active AZ license or IMLC
ABLS
ACLS
BLS
PALS
Active DEA
