  • Ongoing interventional cardiology coverage with expedited credentialing
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
  • Scheduled clinic plus beeper call
  • Cerner and Athena EMR ###
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 45 minutes Average Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day EMR: Cerner and Athena ### Requirements Board Certified Interventional Cardiology Active Arizona license or IMLC ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Hospital privileges Ability to provide scheduled clinical coverage and call ### Clinical Details Inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic Cardiology consultations, admissions, and procedures Average 10 patients per day Approximately 3 callback patient encounters and 1 admission while on call Supported by RNs and medical assistants Level IV hospital with 44 beds
