Job description
• We are seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a locums opportunity with a well-established cardiology program in Franklin, PA.
• This role includes a mix of outpatient and inpatient care with interventional procedures and STEMI call coverage.
• The provider will work in a collaborative academic and clinical environment with strong cath lab support.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform interventional procedures including right/left heart catheterization (R/LHC), PCI, balloon angioplasty, intra-aortic balloon pump, and IVUS.
• Manage acute cardiac cases including STEMI call coverage.
• Collaborate with APPs, cath lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology.
• Active Pennsylvania State License (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong experience in interventional cardiology procedures.
Working Hours
• Nightly call when covering
• STEMI call required
• Up to 40 hours per week (coverage every other month or as needed)
• Ongoing locums assignment
