Full time
A leading healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a well-established cardiovascular program. This is a strong opportunity to practice full-scope interventional cardiology in a high-quality, physician-led environment with advanced resources and strong community demand.
Position Highlights
• Employed position within a large, established healthcare system
• Full-scope interventional cardiology practice
• Combination of hospital-based and outpatient cardiology care
• Established STEMI program with coordinated systems of care
• Advanced cardiovascular program with modern technology and infrastructure
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Clinical Responsibilities
• Perform coronary and peripheral vascular interventions
• Provide STEMI call coverage
• Manage inpatient and outpatient cardiology patients
• Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and care teams
• Participate in ongoing program development and quality initiatives
Qualifications
• MD or DO with completion of accredited training in:
* Internal Medicine
* Cardiovascular Disease
* Interventional Cardiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
• Ability to perform cardiac and peripheral interventions required
• CCTA certification preferred but not required
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure and DEA
