Job description
Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a well established cardiovascular program affiliated with a regional community hospital in Illinois. This opportunity offers a busy clinical environment with modern cath lab facilities, strong clinical support, and a stable referral base.
The program features two onsite cath labs operating around the clock with experienced nursing staff available 24/7. Physicians will join a collaborative cardiology team that includes interventional cardiologists, general cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and electrophysiology support.
Compensation
Base salary ranging from $800,000 to $990,000

Two fully equipped cardiac catheterization labs onsite

Established cardiology team including 2 interventional cardiologists, 2 general cardiologists, 6 nurse practitioners, and 1 electrophysiologist

Job Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a modern cath lab environment
Manage inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care
Collaborate with cardiology and multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in shared call coverage within the cardiology group
Qualifications
Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology required
Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
