Job Responsibilities
• Perform image-guided interventional radiology procedures
• Conduct arteriograms and diagnostic vascular imaging
• Perform CT-guided biopsies and tumor ablations
• Complete procedures such as embolization, kyphoplasty, and gastro tube placement
• Insert PleurX catheters, nephrostomy tubes, and vascular access devices
• Perform port placements and tunneled or non-tunneled catheter insertions
• Manage dialysis graft declots and biliary drainage procedures
• Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient care
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology or Diagnostic Radiology with IR expertise
• Active South Carolina medical license required
• DEA certification required
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
