Rates: Clinic: $400/hr. Night call: $600/night. Weekend 24-hr call: $4000.

Callback: $500/hr. Overtime or Holiday: 1.5x rate

Opportunity Highlights

• Clinical Setting: Integrated Inpatient, Clinic, and Call coverage.

• Clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Call Rotation: Includes weekday nights and weekends, shared with a collaborative team of onsite Interventional Cardiologists.

• Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day in the clinic.

• Technology: Currently utilizing Cerner, with a transition to Epic scheduled for June 2026.

Scope of Practice

The provider will manage adult patients requiring both diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular care.

Clinical Responsibilities Include:

• Interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

• Daily inpatient rounds and hospital consults.

• Outpatient clinic management for adult and geriatric patients.

• Management of acute coronary syndromes and emergency interventional call.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology (REQUIRED).

• Licensure: Active Iowa (IA) State License or IMLC Eligibility with Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand at the time of presentation.

• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS are required.

• Background: Clean Self-Query NPDB report must be provided at the time of submission.
