Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing cardiovascular team in Lawton, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a solo setting as the practice and service line continue to expand and should have experience developing and growing a cardiology program.

A brand-new cardiac catheterization lab , provides an outstanding environment for high-quality, state-of-the-art patient care. This position offers a guaranteed base salary with quarterly productivity bonuses , full benefits , and strong administrative support .

Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide interventional and general cardiology services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a modern cath lab.

  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to expand the cardiology service line and patient base.

  • Manage and follow up with patients with chronic cardiac conditions.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure & Certification:

    • Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology (ABIM or equivalent).

    • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Oklahoma.

  • Experience: Prior experience in interventional cardiology and growing a clinical practice preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making abilities; commitment to high-quality patient care.
