Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity – Saginaw, Michigan
Position Overview:
- Type: Full-time, permanent
- Must have structural experience and ability to independently perform structural procedures
- Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
- Practice Setting:
- Outpatient clinic visits
- Hospital rounds and procedures
- Call Schedule:
- 1:4 weekend call
- Call is shared equally among providers
- Support:
- APP support
- Resident teaching opportunities available
Practice Highlights:
- Group performs approx. 125–150 diagnostic/interventional procedures per month
- Utilizes advanced cardiac support devices:
- Impella
- Balloon pumps
- Temporary pacemakers
- Offers EECP – only program in mid-Michigan for patients with refractory angina
- Largest cardiac research and clinical trials program in the mid-Michigan region
- Comprehensive clinical services with a focus on both patient care and research
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Active Michigan Medical License or eligibility to obtain
- BLS Certification (AHA approved)
- Growth of practice
