Live and Work in Fairbanks, Alaska

Fairbanks is not for everyone, and that is exactly what makes it worth considering. This is a place where the northern lights are a regular occurrence, Denali National Park is within reach, and the outdoor lifestyle includes hiking, fishing, skiing, and some of the most pristine wilderness in the world. The community has strong schools, a regional university, a genuine arts scene, and the kind of close-knit character that larger cities rarely offer. Anchorage is accessible for broader travel, and Alaska's lack of a state income tax means your compensation goes further than the numbers suggest.

Top-tier interventional cardiology, a compensation package that reflects the opportunity, and a place to live that most people only see in photographs. Apply today.
