A growing and mission-driven health system in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Invasive/Interventional Cardiologist to join a thriving cardiology team. Job Responsibilities
Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other diagnostic studies
Manage inpatient consults and outpatient follow-ups
Collaborate with other specialists and primary care providers for coordinated care
Maintain detailed and timely documentation using EMR
Participate in shared call schedule
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
Unrestricted New Mexico medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Skilled in interventional procedures such as PCI and catheterizations
Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Working Hours
Shared call responsibilities with the cardiology team
Dedicated cath lab time and support staff
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
Comfort managing both acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
Organized and responsive with strong communication and leadership abilities
