- Covering 2 hospitals
- Required Procedures: Percutaneous coronary intervention, diagnostic cardiac catheter, Impella, angioplasty, stenting procedures, ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction call and coverage, Pericardiocentesis, Temporary pacers, and Right heart catheter.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
