Job description
Immediate need for a BE/BC Pulmonologist to join a well established Pulm group. Lets Discuss

Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.
The Program
? Established heart failure clinic staffed by two dedicated nurse practitioners
? Service line of approximately 40 cardiologists and 20 NPs across four hospitals, providing a strong internal
referral base
? Outpatient IV diuretic and remote monitoring, including implantable hemodynamic monitoring
? Access to cardiac rehabilitation, palliative care, dietitian, and social work for comprehensive HF care
? Full diagnostic support: echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and right heart catheterization in our cath labs
? Collaboration with an established structural heart program (transcatheter mitral repair, TAVR) and
electrophysiology for CRT and ICD therapy
? Epic EMR (inpatient and outpatient) with AI-enabled documentation; HIMSS Stage 7 certified
Room to build
? Lead the planned advanced HF program (inpatient and outpatient) at our 500-bed hospital, with a physician-led
team model of one cardiologist and two APPs
? Leadership support to develop readmission-reduction, GDMT optimization, and quality initiatives
The Practice
? Full-time inpatient and outpatient practice, Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling
? Outpatient HF clinic plus inpatient heart failure consult service
? No general cardiology call
? Collegial physicians committed to mentoring and helping new partners build their practice
