A Forbes #1 rated group in Northwest Indiana s Chicagoland region is seeking a heart failure cardiologist. This role combines an established clinical foundation with room to shape an expanding program. You would provide physician leadership across inpatient and outpatient care within a four-hospital system with long-tenured local leadership. The area offers lower living costs and state taxes than Illinois, highly rated school districts and access to Lake Michigan, with Chicago next door!
Full-time, MondayFriday practice with flexible scheduling. No General Cardiology call. Established HF clinic with two dedicated NPs and an approximately 40-cardiologist referral network. Outpatient IV diuretics, implantable hemodynamic monitoring, and structural heart and EP collaboration. Epic across inpatient and outpatient settings with AI-enabled documentation. Negotiable sign-on bonus; medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) with employer match. Malpractice with tail, paid time off, CME allowance, and professional expense reimbursement.
