Job description
SIHAT Health is recruiting an Advanced Heart Failure / Transplant Cardiologist for a long-term locums opportunity with Carle Health in Illinois.
This is a direct client relationship, allowing for faster credentialing and reduced onboarding friction compared to VMS roles. The program is stable and physician-friendly, and Dr. Mojadidi (physician owner of SIHAT Health and practicing cardiology locums physician) has worked at this facility for years under very favorable conditions.
The client is seeking a physician who can provide consistent ongoing coverage of 1–2 weeks per month.
Assignment Details
Location: Illinois (Carle Health)
Start: ASAP once credentialed (approximately 60 days)
Schedule: 1–2 weeks per month ongoing
Setting: Mostly inpatient AHF service with some clinic involvement
Compensation: $3000/day guaranteed (8 hours) + $375/hour overtime
Credentialing: IL license or IMLC preferred, but flexible for the right long-term candidate
