-Location: Georgia
-Duration: October 2025 – June 2026 (potential for extension)
-Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month
-Shift: Monday – Friday (1/2 day clinic, 1/2 rounding)
-Call: Monday – Sunday, 7a-7a
-Patients: Clinic 10 patients per half day//Hospital 2 consults per half day//call 1 VAD admission/week
-Scope: Clinic, inpatient, and call to include VAD, advanced heart failure program coverage. Will supervise fellows and advanced practice providers cover clinic independently
-EMR: Epic
-Group: Full-subspecialty
-Support include: VAD Call - CVICU Fellow support, In-patient VAD rounds - CVICU Fellow, RN coordinator support, In-patient Heart Failure consults - Consult fellow support, Heart Failure Clinic - RN Support
-Hospital: 478 beds, level 1 trauma
-Requirements: Advanced Heart Failure fellowship, Georgia license or Compact license, COVID vaccine or exemption request

*Assistance with credentialing provided – estimated 45 days*
