Aya Healthcare is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiologist for a short-term locum tenens assignment at Flagstaff Medical Center (Northern Arizona Healthcare) in Flagstaff, AZ.
• 268-bed Level I trauma center with a busy cath/EP lab
• Hospital consults (3-4 per day) plus 4-6 EP cases per day; clinic patients 20-22 per day
• Left-sided ablations using the Abbott EnSite-X mapping system
• Moderate sedation and TEEs performed by the provider; 100 EP cases in the last 2 years required
• Scheduled dates: Aug 3-7, Aug 10-14, Aug 17-21, and Dec 28-31

Job Responsibilities
• Cover hospital consults in the cath lab (3-4 per day)
• See clinic patients (approx. 20-22 per day)
• Perform TEEs and administer moderate sedation independently
• Use the Abbott EnSite-X mapping system
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience; case logs showing 100 EP cases in the last 2 years (emphasis on ablations)
• Arizona license (IMLC accepted; willing to license) and AZ DEA
• ACLS required
• Comfortable with moderate sedation and EnSite-X mapping
