Job description
Short-term locum tenens opportunity for an Electrophysiologist at a 268-bed regional medical center in Flagstaff, AZ. Coverage on specific weeks in August and late December.
- Level I-IV adult trauma center with active cath lab and EP program
- Hospital consults 3-4 per day plus 4-6 EP cases per day; clinic 20-22 patients per day
- Left-sided ablations using Abbott EnSite-X mapping
- Cerner EMR; credentialing timeframe approx. 30 days
- Adult patient population
Job Responsibilities
• Cath lab hospital consults 3-4 per day; clinic 20-22 patients per day
• Perform TEEs and moderate sedation independently; use Abbott EnSite-X mapping system
• Coverage on listed weeks only
Qualifications
• Case logs showing 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
• Arizona license (will license; IMLC accepted) and AZ DEA required
• ACLS required; minimum 1 year of experience
• Cerner EMR; comfortable with moderate sedation and EnSite-X mapping
