Job description
Locum tenens opportunity for a Cardiac Electrophysiologist at Flagstaff Medical Center (Northern Arizona Healthcare) in Flagstaff, AZ.
- 268-bed acute care hospital with Adult Level I-IV trauma designation
- Cath lab with 3-4 hospital consults and 4-6 EP cases per day
- Clinic volume of 20-22 patients per day; adult patient population
- Specific coverage weeks in August and late December
- Cerner EMR; no call
Job Responsibilities
• Cover 3-4 hospital consults per day in the cath lab and see 20-22 clinic patients per day
• Perform TEEs and moderate sedation independently
• Use Abbott EnSite-X mapping system
Qualifications
• Case logs showing 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Arizona license (IMLC accepted; will license) and AZ DEA
• ACLS required
