Aya Healthcare is seeking an Electrophysiology physician for short-term Locum Tenens coverage at Flagstaff Medical Center (Northern Arizona Healthcare) in Flagstaff, AZ. Coverage weeks listed below; case logs required.
- 268-bed Level I-IV adult trauma acute care hospital in Flagstaff, AZ
- Cath lab with 3-4 hospital consults per day plus 4-6 EP cases per day; clinic 20-22 patients
- Left-sided ablations; Abbott EnSite-X mapping system, TEEs and moderate sedation
- Cerner EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Cover hospital cath lab consults (3-4 per day) and outpatient clinic (20-22 patients)
• Use Abbott EnSite-X mapping; perform TEEs and moderate sedation independently
• Chart in Cerner
Qualifications
• Case logs showing 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Arizona license (IMLC accepted; willing to license) and AZ DEA
• ACLS required
