Aya Healthcare is seeking an Electrophysiologist for short-term locum tenens coverage at Flagstaff Medical Center (Northern Arizona Healthcare) in Flagstaff, AZ. Dates: Aug 3-21 and Dec 28-31.
- 268-bed Level I trauma center
- Cath lab hospital consults 3-4/day plus 4-6 EP cases/day; left-sided ablations
- Clinic 20-22 patients per day; adult patients
- Abbott Ensite-X mapping system; Cerner EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Cath lab hospital consults 3-4 per day; clinic 20-22 patients per day
• Perform TEEs and moderate sedation independently
• Use Abbott Ensite-X mapping system
Qualifications
• Arizona license (IMLC accepted; will license) and AZ DEA
• ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Case logs showing 100 EP cases in last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
