Job description
Aya Healthcare is seeking an Electrophysiologist for short-term locum tenens coverage at a 268-bed acute care hospital and clinic in Flagstaff, AZ.
- Cath lab with 3-4 hospital consults and 4-6 EP cases per day, including left-sided ablations
- In-office clinic with 20-22 patients per day
- Abbott EnSite-X mapping system
- Scheduled weeks of coverage on specific dates; 10-hour days
- Arizona license required (willing to license)
Job Responsibilities
• Cover cath lab hospital consults (3-4 per day) and in-office clinic (20-22 patients per day)
• Use Abbott EnSite-X mapping system; perform TEEs and manage moderate sedation independently
• Adult patient population
Qualifications
• Case logs showing 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
• Arizona license (willing to license) and AZ-registered DEA; ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Comfortable with moderate sedation and the EnSite-X mapping system
