Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board Certified Electrophysiology physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Bellingham, Washington.
This opportunity offers a structured schedule of approximately one week per month, with 10-hour clinical shifts and a combination of weekday and weekend call. The physician will provide full-spectrum Electrophysiology services, ranging from pacemaker procedures to complex ablations, along with general cardiology procedures including cardioversions and TEE.
The position includes both hospital and cardiology clinic responsibilities and is supported by APC coverage Monday through Saturday.
Assignment Highlights
- Full-spectrum Electrophysiology
- Approximately 1 week per month
- 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Approximately 2–4 TEE procedures per shift

Job Responsibilities
Perform and manage EP procedures ranging from pacemaker implantation to ablations
Perform cardioversions
Perform and interpret TEE procedures as appropriate
Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology/EP care
Participate in weekday call during scheduled coverage weeks
Participate in 24-hour weekend call as needed
Round on adult cardiology patients
Collaborate with APCs, cardiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff
Document patient care in Epic
Qualifications
Board Certified in Cardiology and Electrophysiology
Active Washington medical license
IMLC accepted, depending on start date
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Current clinical experience representative of requested privileges
Documentation of at least 100 electrophysiology cases within the previous 24 months
Full-spectrum EP experience, including pacemakers and ablations
Comfortable with cardioversions and TEE procedures
Epic EMR experience
Working Hours
7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Approximately 1 week per month.
Call:
Approximately 2 weeknight call shifts during the scheduled coverage week, with potential 24-hour weekend call as needed.
Coverage begins as soon as credentialed and is expected to continue for approximately 9 months.
