Job description
We are seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join and help expand its growing cardiovascular program. The hospital is particularly interested in a physician looking for a long-term career opportunity, with the ability to participate in program growth and development.
Watchman experience is preferred but not required. Jackson Hospital is no longer performing Watchman procedures at this time but wants an Electrophysiologist on staff capable of performing the procedure as the program develops.
Job Responsibilities
Tuesday: Full Day (Hybrid OR / Procedure Room)
Wednesday: Full Day (Hybrid OR / Procedure Room)
Friday: Half Day (Hybrid OR / Procedure Room)
Call Coverage:
Approximately 7 days of call per month
An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides first-contact call coverage to streamline patient triage and support the physician
Full-time, long-term employed position
