Take the next step in your career with a premier locum tenens Electrophysiology opportunity in Bellingham, Washington. This high-demand travel assignment offers a dynamic blend of electrophysiology and general cardiology responsibilities, providing exposure to advanced cardiac procedures in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Work alongside a collaborative cardiovascular team utilizing Epic EMR while performing complex electrophysiology procedures and managing adult cardiac patients. Job Responsibilities
• Perform advanced EP procedures, including pacemaker implantation and cardiac ablations.
• Perform cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE).
• Conduct inpatient rounding, admissions, and patient evaluations.
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
• Participate in scheduled weekday and on-call coverage.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Electrophysiology.
• Active Washington medical license or ability to obtain one.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Electrophysiology experience required.
• Recent Epic EMR experience required.
Working Hours
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately one week per month
• Scheduled daytime coverage
• Weeknight and weekend call as scheduled
