Position Overview

Provider pay: $450 per hour

Day shifts only, 7:00a–5:00p with a 1-hour lunch

Practice Setting

Hospital-based Electrophysiology service

In-office clinic and cath lab environment

268-bed acute care hospital

Clinical Scope
The role includes a mix of clinic visits, hospital consults, and EP procedures:

Clinic volume: 20–22 patients per day
-
Hospital consults: 3–4 per day
-
EP cases: 4–6 per day, depending on case length
Technical & Procedural Requirements
This assignment requires strong technical proficiency in modern EP systems and procedures, including:

Left-sided ablations
-
Independent performance of moderate sedation
-
Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

Abbott Ensite-X mapping system experience required
-
Recent case logs showing 100+ EP cases in the past 2 years, with emphasis on ablations
This role is best suited for providers actively practicing with current EP technology.
Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology

Arizona license required; IMLC accepted

ACLS required

DEA required
-
Comfortable working independently in a high-skill EP environment

This is a focused EP role offering predictable day shifts, no call, and a technically advanced case mix. Providers with strong ablation experience and comfort with Ensite-X technology will be prioritized.
