Regional healthcare system in Iowa, located right on the Missouri River, is seeking an Electrophysiology physician to join their growing team. This physician-led, nonprofit organization offers comprehensive services and is known for excellence and quality patient care. Established team of 2 Electrophysiology, 3 Noninvasive, and 2 Invasive Cardiology physicians supported with a team of 1 Electrophysiology APP and 4 General Cardiology APPs. Opportunity to practice Electrophysiology in an established and well-known clinic. Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences. Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access. Expect paid time off, parental leave, 401K matching and an employee recognition program.. Average of 16-20 patients per day. Shared call amongst the providers. Currently 1:6. Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient. Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care. Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment.
