PRACTICE
*Report and work with system President
*Focus is to improve cardiovascular health
*Group environment
*Hospital employed structure
*EP practice
*80% Clinical
*1:6 Call
*Support Structure - 3 General, 5 Interventional, 2 EP, 13 APP, CT and Vascular surg services
*Two hospitals w cath labs / noninvasive, invasive, and interventional / procedures, etc.
*Comp = From $714K (Gen Card) to $929K (EP) based on experience
*Bonus structure
*Sign-on bonus of $100K, $5K CME, malpractice, tail, PTO, Loan support programs
*Relo up to $20K
