Location: Located in the southeastern corner of Alabama and just 20 miles from Georgia and Florida. The county has a population of approximately 100,000 and is a progressive city that has embraced the new South while maintaining the southern charm and values of the past. Only an hour and a half to white sand beaches on the Florida Gulf coast and a short drive to the state's capital, Montgomery or just three hours to Atlanta or Birmingham.
Healthcare Organization: Community-based academic health system and not-for-profit medical center.
Opportunity: Seeking a BC/BE Electrophysiology trained Cardiologist
*Join 2 other hospital-employed EP Cardiologists and 3 APP's
*Supporting Cardiologists in this program provide comprehensive general and invasive/interventional services so that our EP Cardiologists can focus on EP procedures
*Clinic is located on Medical Center campus for easy access to Cath Lab, ICU, etc.
*Hospitalist program for assistance with admissions and general medical management
*Established Cardiovascular Surgery and Radiology groups who provide in-house support
*$100,000 Sign-on bonus
Compensation: Hospital-employed opportunity offering highly competitive base salary plus productivity bonus potential. $100,000 signing bonus. Generous PTO. Paid malpractice with tail. CME and licensure fees. Student loan repayment options as a PSLF eligible employer.
