Locum to Perm Ongoing Cardiac Electrophysiologist needed in Northern Michigan ASAP
*Location: Northern Michigan on the shore of Lake Superior; beautiful area, great place to live, fishing, sailing, kayaking, beautiful beaches, quaint historic city, rated one of the best places to live in Michigan
*Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
*Start Date: ASAP, preferably by August 8
*End Date: Ongoing
*Coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Beeper); Response time required: 30 minutes
*Schedule: 8am - 4pm; Call is shared 1:3 so provider will not be on call every night or every weekend
*Patients per Shift: 1-5
*Requirements: BE/BC, Active, Clean MI License, Fellowship, ACLS certification
*Credentialing Timeframe: min. 30 days
*Support Staff: 7 RNs, 3 MAs, 10 PA/NPs, 6 Office Staff
*Travel and Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
