Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Transplant Hepatologist. The ideal candidate would be BC/BE Gastroenterologist. It has an established record in donation after cardiac death (DCD) transplants and has an active living donor program in adults and children and offers liver transplantation for selected patients with cholangiocarcinoma and unresectable colorectal metastases. Position Highlights:

  • Join an experienced team of 7 Hepatologists, 8 surgeons and 5 Advanced Practice Providers under the Ochsner Transplant Institute
  • Medical team is supported by GI and Surgical fellows and anew Hepatology fellowship starting in July 2025
