Optimum is working with a client on the west coast of Arizona who is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join their team. If you do not currently have an AZ license but are interested, please contact us and we can facilitate this process for you.
About the Opportunity:
- 171-bed level III trauma center
- Day time schedule w/ call-in rotation
- Care team model: 6 MDs, 8 CRNAs; max 1:4 supervision & own cases
- Case-mix: regional blocks, epidurals, spinals, ortho, GI, & OB
- 1 Cardiac OR & 6 general ORs
- $425k base salary + annual quality bonus
- 7 weeks of PTO
