• Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7a-3:30p, minimal call
• 5 ORs, with around 195 surgical procedures per month
• No cardiac cases
• Required procedures: general surgery, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, diabetic foot, oral surgery, spine, neuro, urology, and gastroenterology as well as providing services in the endoscopy suite

Qualifications:
• DEA
• Any U.S. state license
