- Community Health System - East of Indianapolis, Indiana
- Join a group of 10 Anesthesiologists
- Primary call shared 1:8
- 14 Operating rooms
- Inpatient mother/baby unit as well as outpatient surgery center
- Independent Contractor Model (1099)
- EPIC EMR
- No neurosurgery
- No CRNA's or supervision
