Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physician (MD/DO) to provide primary and urgent care services to adult patients and children as needed. The physician will also serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners in Indiana.
Key Responsibilities
Provide annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive care.
Conduct work-related health evaluations.
Diagnose and treat common infections and acute illnesses.
Evaluate and treat minor injuries, including sutures and staples.
Address cold, flu, sinus, respiratory, urinary, and skin-related conditions.
Provide sports physicals and acute care for children.
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners as required.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Active Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain one.
Current BLS certification.
Valid DEA and Indiana CSR registration.
Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners.
New and recent graduates are welcome.
