HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will be trained in cardiac-fellowship or have demonstrated cardiac proficiency with TEE along with an interest in playing a significant role in our ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program. Our program is associated with the HCA Healthcare/University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, and we have a complement of 15 residents. Qualified Candidates:

• Possess MD or DO
• BE/BC in Anesthesiology
• Licensed in FL
• Desire to be part of a large, cohesive team of employed hospital professionals
• Passion for graduate medical education

Opportunity Highlights:

• Newly updated compensation plan + Additional core faculty GME stipend
• $75,000 start date bonus
• 10 weeks’ time away from practice
• Non-clinical GME time for didactic teaching, mentoring, evaluations, and scholarly activities
• Home call split equally among cardiac physicians + paid for calls taken above the minimum
• 40-hour work week with peel-off relief system
• Anesthesia care team model of 14 anesthesiologists, 18 CRNAs and 15 residents

Supervision ratios: APPs 1:4 | Resident 1:2

• Diverse case mix including general, orthopedics, vascular, urology, OB, GI, and endoscopy
• No trauma or pediatrics
