A well-established physician-owned anesthesia group serving the greater Philadelphia region is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join its growing team. Practice Overview

• Established anesthesia practice with more than six decades of history
• Over 50,000 cases performed annually
• Coverage across surgery centers, endoscopy centers, pediatric facilities, dental surgery centers, cardiology centers, and office-based practices
• Approximately 40 anesthesiologists and 85+ CRNAs
• Strong physician leadership and mentorship
• Dedicated administrative, billing, and pre-anesthesia support teams

Clinical Practice

• General Anesthesiology position
• Primarily outpatient and ambulatory surgery center coverage
• One primary facility assignment per day in most circumstances
• Broad case diversity without the demands of tertiary-care hospital practice
• Cases strategically assigned based on physician location whenever possible

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Typical start time between 6:30–7:00 a.m.
• Most physicians finish between 3:00–4:00 p.m.
• No routine weekend coverage
• No routine holiday coverage
• Approximately 46 days of PTO annually
• Strong focus on physician wellness and sustainability

Compensation

Guaranteed Compensation

• $400,000 Base Salary
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid Over Two Years
• Two-Year Partnership Track

Partnership Potential

• Partner compensation frequently exceeds $500,000 annually
• Long-term earning potential of $500,000-$600,000+
