ANESTHESIA NEEDS: needed weekly:
Friday: 5p - 7a (site willing to use provider for day shift on Friday, if provider is available to start earlier)
Saturday: 7a - 7a
Sunday: 7a - 7a
SITE DETAILS:
Facility Location: Mercy Council Bluffs
Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year.
Duties: Independent Cases
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures: Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, bariatric bypass, minimal vascular cases
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech
Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage
Deal breakers: N/A
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: Within 60 days
Requirements: Iowa License Preferred (will consider provider with IMLC or willing to obtain IA license)
Credentialing with other facilities? No (unless provider is willing to also cover at Immanuel in Omaha, NE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Board Certification: Board Certified [REQUIRED]
State License: Iowa License Preferred (will consider provider with IMLC or willing to obtain IA license) [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Residency Requirements/Fellowship – [REQUIRED]
Other Certifications – BLS, DEA [REQUIRED]
Malpractice – Clean Preferred, Required [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Availability at time of name clear – [REQUIRED]
