ANESTHESIA NEEDS:
• Schedule Details:
Friday – Sunday, 24-hour shifts (2nd & 4th weekend each month) Client is looking for a locum that can cover all 3 weekend shifts at a time.
MD1/MD2/MD1
Friday MD1 is onsite 7a until ~5:30p covering OR and OB and then available by phone (Voalte) 5:30p-7a.
Saturday MD2: available by phone as back-up to MD1
Sunday MD1: available by phone (Voalte)
MD2/MD1/MD2
Friday MD2 is onsite 7a until ~5:30p supervising CRNAs then available as back-up by phone (Voalte) 5:30p-7a
Saturday MD1: available by phone (Voalte)
Sunday MD2: available by phone as backup to MD1
SITE DETAILS:
-Independent practice (no supervision) Locum is assigned to OR or Endo. -Locum will be doing: General, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric cases -Regional anesthesia skills strongly preferred -Endoscopy providers should be comfortable managing 16-20 cases/day -Ability to perform blocks, including pediatric blocks. The locum should be able to do various blocks, including but not limited to peds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): MA
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, (ABA eligible)
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 1
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Travel: All inclusive. OT and Call back is the same as the regular rate. Holiday is 1.4. The first 8 hrs of orientation are non-billable. 24 hr call needs to have 4 hrs gratis.
