Anesthesiology (MD/DO) – Locum Tenens
SUMO Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for ongoing locum coverage. This role offers consistent monthly scheduling, a primarily adult patient mix, regional anesthesia, and no OB coverage.
Position Highlights
- Approximately 22 shifts per month
- Day shifts plus weeknight call
- 24-hour weekend call rotation
- Patient mix: 90% Adult / 10% Pediatric
- No OB anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia required
- Basic orthopedic blocks with potential to expand
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Comfortable with Pediatric Anesthesia
- Regional Anesthesia experience required
- Comfortable performing basic orthopedic blocks
- Active medical license appropriate to the assignment
- DEA
- CV in MM/YYYY format with gaps over 30 days explained
