No trauma, burns, or transplant cases
Call rotation of approximately 1:14
Post-call day off

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
Active or eligible unrestricted Virginia medical license
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected annual compensation of $489,000+
Shift-based compensation model with additional earning opportunities
$15,000 annual quality bonus
