* Join an established team of 3 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs in a collaborative care team model
* 1:4 care team schedule with opportunities for independent practice
* Bread-and-butter anesthesia practice with no cardiac cases
* Case mix includes Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, OB, Pediatric Dentistry, Gynecology, and Neurosurgery/Spine
* Practice in a modern facility with 5 operating rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 GI procedure rooms, catheterization lab, and cystoscopy suite
* EPIC EMR with AI-integrated documentation tools
* Physician-led organization focused on collaboration and work-life balance
* Open to both new graduates and experienced anesthesiologists
