Position Highlights:
Join a physician-owned, collaborative Anesthesiology group
Practice across 3 hospitals and 10 ambulatory surgery centers in the Reno-Tahoe region
Group continues to expand into additional locations
Diverse case mix including coverage at a major orthopedic center
Monday-Friday schedule
Flexible scheduling model allowing physicians to select their schedule each day
Transparent scheduling across the entire physician group
Infrequent home call of approximately 1:15
Weekend call approximately 5-6 weekends every 6 months, including OB coverage
Full financial partnership from day one
No partnership buy-in
No non-compete
Strong emphasis on physician autonomy and work-life balance

Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active or eligible unrestricted Nevada medical license
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual compensation of $600,000-$800,000
Full financial partnership
Minimum 8 weeks of vacation annually
