Schedule: 10-hour day shifts with approximately 3 night beeper call shifts per week (5:00p-7:00a)
Call: Night beeper call required; post-call day off or first release by approximately 11:00a
Practice Setting: Hospital-Based Cardiac Anesthesiology
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ required
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiology
Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS
Required Skills: Cardiac anesthesia, perioperative management, cardiac surgical cases, complex anesthesia care, trauma anesthesia, and multidisciplinary surgical collaboration
Patient Population: All ages
Facility: 593-bed Level I Trauma Center
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available for clean files with potential expedited processing
